I think it will be better to say that you are still currently learning AutoCAD, but you will be done by the time you start the job. Distorting the truth might make you lose the job when your employer discovers the truth. For example, if I want to apply as a Mechanical Engineer at ZT systems- part of the requirements is Creo or solid works skills. If I am currently learning how to use this software but I will be done by the time I start the job and I wrote it in my resume that I am skilled in it. It can later backfire for me later if the company later finds out the truth. It might also be that I might not be able to finish the course at the proposed time that I think it will be.


