Description
part One: Purpose: To gain a more intimate knowledge about a group of third gender individuals in another culture.
1) Choose a Third Gender from the list below (Scroll down).
2) Create a 3-5 slide Google Slide presentation. If you are unfamiliar with Google Slides, watch this short video.
This is a presentation – make it presentable! Use images and design to make this a presentation that people will want to look at – you will be sharing it with your peers.
Required elements:
Name, location, and key information about the gender you have chosen.
Try to find an in interview with a person who identifies as the gender you have chosen.

What is the difference between sex and gender?
What role does gender play in the social and religious organization of societies? Think about the example of the Hijra – how do their beliefs help explain their experience as neither men nor women?
