While watching the documentary Worlds of Ursula K. Le Guin. pay attention to how PLACE is important and how it is talked about by Le Guin and others. What place did you find most interesting in connection to Le Guin’s work in the documentary? A place can be many things….a city, a house, a school, a setting, a mountain, a forest, and many more. In the documentary, Le Guin says at one point: “I start pretty much with the place” when creating worlds.
