Pick regular business hours to schedule a 90-minute meeting during the week of April 4-April 8, 2022. *You will NOT actually hold this meeting, it will just help you create the poll.
  2. Meeting Invitation: Meetings are so valuable to effective communication. The hypothetical meeting will be held on April 8th at 11:00am-12:30pm. Your task is to now create a formal/professional meeting invitation to invite Professor Rusch, Professor Wicks, and Kiona Williams to attend. Now that you have established your meeting date/time and invited your guests, you must now create the meeting agenda for the Internship Manual Meeting.

A meeting agenda should include at a minimum:

  • Date, time, location (even if it is zoom)
  • Identified purpose of meeting
  • Times for each discussion point and the person leading the discussion

For the agenda assignment content:

1. Think about two (2) things you think should be a part of this manual. Include them on the agenda using appropriate time frames and discussion leader identification

2. Feedback from Professor Rusch, Professor Wicks, and Kiona Williams has identified potential areas for discussion. To be respectful of their input, you will research and select three (3) from the list below that are unique to what you already have on the agenda. *It is important when hosting a meeting to be knowledgeable about the discussion so you can not only lead but contribute.
