You successfully completed your first work project, and your boss, Michael, is thrilled that you are learning very quickly and have already gained a healthy understanding of working with databases. Now that you have this foundational knowledge, Michael wants you to begin learning to navigate in a database by using SQL SELECT statements. He will not be in the office today, but he has left your next small project sitting on your desk with detailed instructions. You sit down with a hot cup of coffee and start to review the project details that Michael has assigned you. (ERD – Figure 1.5 is attached).

- List the title and publication date for each book in the BOOKS table. Use the column heading “Publication Date” for the Pubdate field.
- List the customer number for each customer in the CUSTOMERS table, along with the city and state in which the customer lives.
- Determine which categories are represented in the current book inventory. List each category only once.
- List the customer number from the ORDERS table for each customer who has placed an order with the bookstore. List each customer number only once.
