Background Information
The cloud has reinvented computing. Contracting your hardware and software needs to a vendor partner is a big change for a lot of companies. How secure is it? How do you get the data back for reporting purposes or to put into a data warehouse? Roles and responsibilities are very important to outline since legal issues might come into play.

Read chapter 6 in the textbook A Guide to IT Contracting: Checklists, Tools, and Techniques 2nd edition.
Answer the following questions about a cloud computing service agreement:
